Republican unitary enterprise "Real estate and valuation institute" is created in 1999. The State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus is its founder.

The enterprise is the leading specialized organization in the field of valuation activity in Belarus. Experts of the enterprise take part in realization of large investment projects, creation of joint ventures, valuation of the shares of partners, including foreign ones.

The enterprise has considerable experience in banks valuation; the valuation of the largest banks of republic has been executed.

Great amount of works on involving inefficiently used objects of industry, agriculture, incomplete building objects into economic circulation is performed.

Our experts will evaluate the cost of objects of civil rights efficiently and in short term, including the cases of:

• sales in the course of auction execution of the property of the person recognized as the bankrupt, for definition of the initial price of this property at the public auctions. The cost of the property exposed on the auctions is evaluated;
• granting property pledge, except money resources, as maintenance of obligations execution under the credit contract (except for the interbank credit contract). The cost of the property transferred to a deposit is evaluated;
• non-monetary deposit to authorized capital of a legal person. The cost of the non-monetary deposits to this capital is evaluated;
• fulfillment of the transaction providing expropriation of the state property, or the transaction which can entail expropriation of the state property, except for the property related to circulating actives of the state legal bodies. The cost of the property which is the subject of the alienation for compensation is evaluated;
• compensatory acquisitions of real estate by the Republic of Belarus, its administrative and territorial unit, the state legal body. The cost of received property is evaluated;
• other cases allowed by the legislation.

Work in valuation sphere is conducted in following basic directions:

• real estate valuation;
• valuation of incomplete building objects, constructions, transfer units;
• equipment valuation;
• valuation of transport;
• valuation of property complexes (business, share holdings etc.);
• valuation of intellectual property.

Besides, RUI "Real estate and valuation institute" performs expert works on preparation of the enterprises to turning into joint - stock companies (incorporation).

The enterprise takes part in the activity of public organizations and associations (the Belarusian association "Real estate", the Belarus association of experts and surveyors on transport).

The enterprise cooperates with mass media (the First National TV channel, and also with periodicals, such as magazine "the Earth of Belarus", "the National economic newspaper", "Real estate of Belarus", "the Engineer-adviser in building", "the Republican building newspaper", "the Key question", etc.).
