Expertise of reliability of valuation of non-monetary deposits

The purpose of expertise of reliability of valuation of non-monetary deposits to authorized capitals of legal bodies is acknowledgement of correctness of this valuation.
Basic standard documents for carrying out of the expertise of property valuation reliability:
- Regulations on carrying out of the expertise of property valuation reliability deposited in the form of the non-monetary contribution to authorized capitals of legal bodies, confirmed by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on February, 12th, 1996 ¹ 92 with changes.
- Procedure of carrying out of the expertise of property valuation reliability deposited in the form of the non-monetary contribution to authorized capitals of legal bodies, confirmed by the order of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus on April, 10th, 1996 ¹ 26.
According to the Regulations expertise of reliability of valuation of any kind of property deposited to authorized capitals of legal bodies is obligatory.
Objects of expertise of reliability of non-monetary deposits are tangible and intangible assets of managing subjects:
- permanent assets;
- non-monetary circulating assets;
- financial investments;
- objects of incomplete building;
- other kinds of intangible assets;
- any property rights on permanent assets, non-monetary circulating assets, financial investments, objects of incomplete building, including different forms of pledge.
Republican unitary enterprise «Real estate and valuation institute» has the authority to carry out expertise of reliability of valuation of property which is in state ownership or the property of the legal bodies the authorized capital of which is formed with state ownership shares, deposited in the form of the non-monetary contribution in the authorized capital of legal body (except for the cases when the state property is deposited in the form of the non-monetary contribution in the authorized capital of the commercial organization with foreign investments). This authority is given by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus (the order on 5.13.2010 ¹ 160).
Expertise of reliability of valuation of the state property deposited in the authorized capital of the commercial organization with foreign investments is performed by the Fund on state property of the State Committee on property of the Republic of Belarus.
