Valuation of intellectual property
Dear customer, before our specialist’s work begins you should send us an application according to the following example (you can find address and telephone number in the contacts unit).
The list of the documents necessary for valuation of intellectual property:
1. The list of objects of intellectual property that are registered in accounting (date of occurrence, the balance cost, deterioration calculated in accounting).
2. The list of objects of the intellectual property, which cost is necessary to define.
3. Copies of certificates on trademarks (brands).
4. Copies of patents on inventions, industrial samples, useful models and copies of payment checks on keeping patents in legal force.
5. Copies of license contracts and solutions on registration of license contracts.
6. Copies of certificates on use of objects of intellectual property.
7. Copies of invoices (other documents) confirming introduction of intellectual property into civil circulation.
8. Let out production with the use of objects of intellectual property (sales volume, prime cost, profitability) before the valuation date.
9. Production planned with use of objects of intellectual property (each year).
10. If know-how is used at manufacture copies of following documents must be provided:

license contracts and solutions on registration of license contracts;

concession contracts (the license contract) or the documents confirming the fact of creations;

the order on confidentiality protection (if requirements on information nondisclosure are mentioned in employment contracts, copies of these contracts);

information (the business plan, etc.) about potential or commercial cost of know-how;

the certificate on know-how use.
